A simple wholesale path from inquiry to delivery. Timelines, proofs and commercial terms are confirmed privately for each order — nothing below is a guarantee.
- Wholesale inquiry — Tell us which items you are considering, rough quantity, decoration idea and timing. Use the contact form or email [email protected].
- Confirm item, specification, quantity and artwork — We align on the exact item, materials/options available, quantities and artwork files.
- Proposal — We follow up in writing for the confirmed scope. Proposals are specific to that inquiry.
- Written order and proof approval — When a proof is part of the order, production follows written approval of that proof. Whether a proof applies is confirmed for your project.
- Production and shipping schedule — Schedule is confirmed privately once the order scope is set.
- Delivery — Goods ship to the address on the order.
We do not publish payment, deposit, return or guaranteed turnaround policies on this site. Ask during quoting for terms that apply to your order.
